If you are coming to one of our venues, we ask that you review the below useful information to keep you and others safe.

  • If you are feeling unwell, please stay home. 
    Please do not attend DISA, the DigiHub or the Greater Hamilton Esports Cup if you have been unwell, have recently returned from an identified red zone, have visited an exposure site, or have been advised to isolate by DHHS. Please stay home if you are showing symptoms of COVID-19, in isolation as a result of a COVID-19 diagnosis or awaiting COVID-19 test results, or are in quarantine as a returning international traveller or have been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19. 
  • Ticket refunds are available. 
    If you are unwell and cannot make it to your event, please let us know as early as possible. Contact your point of purchase, please email disa@sthgrampians.vic.gov.au.
  • Arrive early and have a mask on hand. 
    As per current government directions, the wearing of masks is recommended where social distancing is not possible. 
  • Undertake good hand and respiratory hygiene.
    You can play a part in maintaining a COVID safe venue. Make use of the hand sanitiser that will be available throughout the venue, and sneeze or cough into your elbow.
  • Practice good physical distancing.
    Where it’s practical to do so, please ensure that you keep your distance when queuing and moving throughout the venue. Signage throughout the venue will help with guidance on other ways to protect your wellbeing.
  • Venue entry.
    Please try and maintain social distancing where possible and check in using the QR codes at the entrance.
  • If DISA21 is cancelled.
    All ticket holders will receive an update from Eventbrite containing further details. For further information regarding refund policies, please contact disa@sthgrampians.vic.gov.au
  • We aim to provide a COVID Safe Venue. 
    Our comprehensive COVID Safe Plan control measures include full venue cleaning before and after every event, frequent and intensive cleaning of common high-traffic touch points.

We are closely following all Victorian Government health guidelines and will continue to update our procedures as necessary.
